Caramel Apple Ginger Root Beer Float

Just because the weather's chilly doesn't mean you can't enjoy this fall-inspired ice cream float.



  • Warm caramel sauce
  • 2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Apple cider
  • Ginger beer
  • Whipped cream
  • Apple wedge, to garnish

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Drizzle caramel sauce on the sides of a large milkshake glass. Add vanilla ice cream.
  2. Fill halfway with apple cider and top off with ginger beer.
  3. Add whipped cream and drizzle with more caramel sauce on top. Garnish with an apple wedge.
