3 Granny Smith Apples
1 batch homemade caramel
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate, melted
Let's get Cooking...
Slice each of the apples into large rings. Insert a popsicle stick into each.
Using a paper towel, pat each apple slice dry, this will allow the caramel to stick. Dip in warm caramel and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Let set in the fridge for 10 minutes. In the meantime melt your chocolate and leave at room temperature to cool down. This will ensure you don’t melt your caramel. Once set and cooled, dip each apple into the melted chocolate. Enjoy immediately!
