Caramelized Apple French Toast


When breakfast calls for something a little fancy, fall-inspired French toast saves the day.



  • 3 eggs
  • Butter 150g
  • Sugar-150 grams brown sugar
  • 1 stale bread baguette
  • 1 apple sauce pot with moreceaux
  • 2 Royal Gala apples
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 150 grams icing sugar
  • Calvados
  • Cinnamon powder

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Mix the eggs, milk, powdered sugar, cinnamon.
  2. Break the bread into pieces and soak it with the mixture
  3. Place in oven and bake at 220° for 10 minutes
  4. Remove the bread crispy lost
  5. Peel the apples and cut into pieces
  6. Brown the potatoes and add the sugar. Let apples caramelize.
