  • 1 firm and mature mango
  • 100 grams of unsalted butter
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Mint leaves
  • Cream flavored ice cream

  1. Peel and cut the mango
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and add the sugar.
  3. Make a caramel and cook the mango for 10 minutes at low-fire.
  4. Pour the cinnamon. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
