Caramelized Squash recipe



  • 4 cups sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 P, diced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cloves

Let's get Cooking...

  1. In a saucepan, caramelize the sugar. Add water and let it dissolve.
  2. Add diced pumpkin to the pan. Add cinnamon and cloves.
  3. Cook until pumpkin is soft.
  4. Remove the pumpkin and reduce to form a syrup.
  5. Remove the cinnamon and cloves.
  6. Serve the pumpkin with the syrup on top.
