Carrot Chips With Zucchini and Parmesan

Because crispy, cheesy veggies are the best kind of veggies.



  • 2 cups grated Parmesan
  • ½ peeled carrot
  • ½ zucchini

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Grate ½ carrot.
  2. Grate the peels of ½ zucchini.
  3. Add carrots, zucchini and parmesan cheese in a bowl and mix.
  4. Add spoonfuls of the mixture to an ovenproof dish.
  5. Press the spoonfuls with a spoon.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF degrees for 8 minutes.
  7. Leave it in the oven for 10 minutes.
