Carrot Soup recipe
2 garlic cloves
50 g honey
Salt and pepper

Cut the carrot into medium size dices/cubes.
In a cooking pot with olive oil cook the carrot, add the previously crushed garlic cloves, the thyme, the honey, the sliced chile, the butter and cover with the vegetable soup.
When all the liquid has evaporated, process.
Mix until a soup consistency is obtained, add more soup if necessary. Spice with salt and pepper.
