Cassava Cake recipe
1.1 pound grated and peeled raw cassava
1/2 cup milk
6 tablespoons + 3 teaspoons coconut milk
1.8 ounces butter
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 ounces moist grated coconut
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Let's get Cooking...
Blend the cassava, the milk, the coconut milk, the eggs and the butter.
Add sugar and salt and blend some more.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the grated coconut.
Preheat oven to 356 degrees. Grease a pan with butter, pour the batter and bake for 35 minutes.
Unmold. Allow it to cool.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
