Cassava Donuts recipe
1.1 pound sour cassava starch
1 cup oil
2 cups water

In a saucepan, boil 1 cup of water.
Add starch and mix with the help of a spoon. Season with salt and let it cool.
Knead the dough and add the oil gradually. Then, add the egg and the remaining water.
Knead well until you get a smooth dough and transfer to a pastry sleeve.
In a pan lined with parchment paper, arrange the donuts, widely spaced
Preheat oven to 356 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
