Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cooked cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup mozzarella
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 2 tomatoes cut in round slices
  • ½ red onion in strips
  • ½ yellow pepper in strips
  • 50g olives
  • Oregano

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Grind the cauliflower (already cooled) in a food processor.
  2. Place in a bowl, add the egg, the cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Grease the baking pan with butter and shape the dough in the form of a pizza disk.
  4. Take it to a preheated oven (430 ºF) for about 10 minutes or until the edges start to get brown.
  5. Take off the oven, cover with tomato sauce and mozzarella.
  6. Place the tomato, onions, pepper and olives on top of the pizza. Add the oregano.
  7. Place in a preheated oven (430 ºF) for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
