Bread bites featuring an unexpected ingredient



  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1.1 pound sour cassava starch
  • 8.8 ounces unseasoned mashed potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 8.8 ounces parmesan cheese

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Boil the milk with the oil.
  2. Using a fork, mix the boiled milk, still warm, with sour cassava starch.
  3. Add the mashed potatoes and the eggs gradually until you get a smooth and firm paste.
  4. Incorporate the grated cheese.
  5. Shape into balls and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven to 350 degrees.
