Cheese Cachapa recipe
2 grain cups of boiled corn
3 spoons of salt
3/4 cups of sugar
1 cup of milk
Stuff with cheese

Peel the corn, shelled using a sharp knife and use a blender for mixing.
Add salt, sugar and milk to taste. Mix everything in the blender till the mixture is liquid but still thick
Add a tablespoon of dough into a sheet or pan, previously greased with butter or oil, forming a circle.
Cook till both sides brown
Remove from heat then fill with cheese till half and fold the cachapa to create a half circle.
Bathe with a little bit of butter and they’re ready.
