Cheesy Edamame and Shrimp Patties

Slice into this gooey, cheesy center and thank yourself later.



  • 2 sheets hanpen
  • 20 pieces edamame
  • 24 boiled shrimp
  • 8 perilla leaves
  • 3 slices cheese
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons potato starch
  • 10 grams butter

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Cut up hanpen, perilla leaves and boiled shrimp into small pieces and combine in a bowl. Take out edamame from pods and combine with soy sauce and potato starch. Mix well to combine.
  2. Make three patties, putting a slice of cheese in the center of each patty.
  3. Melt butter in frying pan and cook patties over low heat.
  4. Serve with a sprinkling of chopped Italian parsley.
