Cheesy French Fries

Parmesan-crusted and topped with ooey, gooey cheese, these fries will disappear in no time.

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes
  • olive oil
  • 20g cornflakes
  • bacon bits
  • chopped parsley
  • (seasonings)
  • 30g parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2/3 tsp salt
  • (cheese sauce)
  • 80g cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Crush cornflakes in a ziploc bag.
  2. Combine with seasonings and mix well.
  3. Cut potatoes into wedges.
  4. Coat potatoes with olive oil. Then coat with seasonings mixture.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 250 degrees C.
  6. To make the cheese sauce, combine ingredients and microwave until melted.
  7. Pour cheese sauce over the potatoes.
  8. Top with chopped parsley and bacon bits.
