How to make Cheesy Meat Sauce Block Toast.



  • 1 5-inch thick unsliced sandwich bread
  • 300 grams meat sauce, preheated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium potato, boiled and cut into 2 centimeters blocks
  • 70 grams broccoli florets, boiled
  • 50 grams shredded cheese
  • 50 grams mayonnaise
  • Black pepper

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Cut out the insides of the sandwich bread, leaving about 1 centimeter from the edges and 10 centimeters from the bottom. Push the insides down firmly to create a solid base.
  2. Pour in the meat sauce and place potatoes and broccoli inside. Give it a quick mix and top with the cheese. Squeeze out some mayonnaise around the border. Crack one egg into the center and season with black pepper.
  3. Bake at 200 degrees C until egg is half cooked and still runny. (about 10 minutes)
