Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken cordon bleu is just better in strip form.
2 chicken breast fillets
Freshly ground black pepper
2 slices ham
3 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese
Flour, for breading
Breadcrumbs, for breading
Oil, for frying
Let's get Cooking...
Open the chicken fillets so they are very thin.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fill with ham and cheese and close.
Coat in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil.
