Chicken Pamplona recipe



  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 100 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 tin of canned peppers
  • 100 grams of sliced bacon
  • Olive, salt and pepper

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Open the breasts in half and hit them carefully so they get thinner.
  2. Add the bacon slices on the tip, so then its useful to roll the chicken. Add the mozzarella into sticks, the cooked ham, and the pepper into strips.
  3. Form the roll squeezing all of its sides and wrap in aluminum foil. Cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and seal in a little amount of butter.
