Chicken Skillet Flatbread

You don't need an oven to make deliciously cheesy chicken flatbread.



  • Olive oil for sautéing
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 10 1/2 ounces cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 4 tablespoons olive olive
  • 6 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 1/2 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
  • 7 ounces cream cheese

Let's get Cooking...

  1. In a skillet, sauté the onion, garlic and add the shredded chicken.
  2. Add the tomato paste, a pinch of salt and oregano. Reserve.
  3. In a blender, beat the egg, milk, oil, flour, cornstarch and a pinch of salt.
  4. Arrange in a bowl and add the baking powder gently.
  5. Heat a greased pan with oil over medium heat.
  6. Pour the dough. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  7. Turn the dough, spread the shredded chicken with sauce, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add spoonfuls of cream cheese over the pie.
  8. Wait for the cheese to melt and serve.
