Chicken Vegetables and Rice Wok


You've never had fried rice as easy and tasty as this before.



  • 5 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 purple onion, cut into strips
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 zucchini, cut into strips
  • 1 carrot, cut into strips
  • 2 boneless chicken thighs, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup rice, cooked
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 green onion
  • Pepper
  • Sesame seeds

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Heat a wok or a pan containing oil, add the grated ginger and the chopped garlic.
  2. Continue with the chicken thighs until they brown, then add the vegetables.
  3. Add the rice and stir to combine.
  4. Add soy sauce and a tablespoon of sugar.
  5. Serve with green onions and sesame seeds.
