A little chocolate is necessary for any balanced diet.

Let's get Cooking...
Lay out a piece of parchment paper (waxed paper or foil work too).
Put chocolate in a microwave-safe glass bowl. Microwave for 60 seconds, then stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds, then stir again to completely melt the chocolate. If there are still lumps, microwave for another short burst and stir again.
Use a spoon to make small rounds of chocolate on the parchment paper, about 2 inches in diameter. (Let the chocolate fall from the spoon and it will naturally form a round shape.)
While chocolate is still hot, sprinkle each round with an assortment of healthy add-ins.
Let the chocolate set at room temperature, or put the bites in the refrigerator to speed things along. Remove from parchment paper and enjoy!
