Chocolate And Coconut Cup recipe
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
3 1/2 ounces grated coconut
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons coconut milk
5.3 ounces dark chocolate
3 1/2 ounces cream (25 percent fat content)
Let's get Cooking...
In a small pan, add the sweetened condensed milk, coconut and butter, Cook over medium heat until forming a thick cream.
Remove from heat and add coconut milk.
Transfer to small glasses and store in the refrigerator until cold.
Heat the cream and add the chopped chocolate. Wait for a few minutes and mix well.
Add the chocolate ganache to all glasses, layering them over the coconut mixture.
Decorate with grated coconut.
