Chocolate And Coconut Cup recipe



  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 1/2 ounces grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 5.3 ounces dark chocolate
  • 3 1/2 ounces cream (25 percent fat content)

Let's get Cooking...

  1. In a small pan, add the sweetened condensed milk, coconut and butter, Cook over medium heat until forming a thick cream.
  2. Remove from heat and add coconut milk.
  3. Transfer to small glasses and store in the refrigerator until cold.
  4. Heat the cream and add the chopped chocolate. Wait for a few minutes and mix well.
  5. Add the chocolate ganache to all glasses, layering them over the coconut mixture.
  6. Decorate with grated coconut.
