Chocolate And Strawberry Pavlova recipe
6 egg whites
10 1/2 ounces sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 1/2 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
5 1/3 ounces whipped cream
1.7 ounces of fresh strawberries
5 1/3 ounces of melted chocolate semisweet
Let's get Cooking...
Beat the egg whites.
Add sugar gradually and beat until consistent.
Place the vinegar, cocoa and half of the chopped chocolate. Mix gently.
Arrange in a pan lined with parchment paper in a round shape.
Preheat oven to 450 degree. Reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cover the pavlova with whipped cream, fresh strawberries and melted chocolate.
Garnish with chopped semisweet chocolate.
