Chocolate Brownie Popsicle Cake


Why not stick a popsicle right into your chocolate mug cake? We think it's worth it.



  • 5.2 ounces dark chocolate
  • 5.2 ounces cream (20 percent fat content)
  • 5.2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 1.7 ounces butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • Strawberry popsicles
  • Paçoca

Let's get Cooking...

  1. In a bowl, mix the unsweetened chocolate and butter. Place it in bain marie for melting. Set it aside.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until they double in volume. Add flour and beat a little more.
  3. Lastly, add the melted chocolate.Por último, juntar o chocolate derretido.
  4. Place the dough in greased and floured small molds for baking.
  5. Preheat the oven to 356°F and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Chop 5.2 ounces of semisweet chocolate and set it aside in a bowl.
  7. Heat the cream until just before boiling point. Pour the chopped chocolate, wait 3 minutes and mix until the chocolate melts.
  8. Remove the cakes from the oven, pour the chocolate topping, dip the strawberry popsicle and finish with paçoca crumbles.
