Chocolate Cups

Strawberries and cream in a chocolate cup is simple yet so yummy.



  • 10 1/2 ounces dark chocolate
  • 7 ounces heavy cream
  • 3.5 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.7 ounces of fresh strawberries

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  2. Arrange the melted chocolate into plastic molds. Remove to cool and harden.
  3. In a bowl, beat the whipping cream with condensed milk to form whipped cream. Place in a pastry sleeve.
  4. Unmold the chocolate cups.
  5. Fill with the condensed milk whipped cream.
  6. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
