Chocolate Custard Gratin
How to make a Chocolate Custard Gratin
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon flour
2/3 cup milk
1 ounce chocolate, chopped
Small shot of brandy
Assortment of fruits

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Heat the milk for 30 seconds in the microwave.
Combine the egg yolk and sugar. Mix well until combined.
Sift in the flour and mix well.
Mix in the warm milk into the mixture a little at a time.
Strain through a sieve to ensure a smooth consistency.
Heat the mixture over low heat until slightly thickened. Add the brandy and chopped chocolate and heat until chocolate has completely melted.
Place your favorite fruits on the top and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Sprinkle confectioners's sugar on top and serve warm.
