Chocolate Fudge


Is there a purer way to enjoy chocolate than with a simple fudge recipe?



  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 14.1 ounce dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Let's get Cooking...

  1. In a bowl, add the condensed milk, chopped chocolate and butter.
  2. Cook in bain-marie until the chocolate melts.
  3. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract and the chopped nuts. Mix.
  4. In a cake pan lined with parchment paper, place the chocolate fudge and use a spatula to smooth over the top.
  5. Allow it to cool at room temperature.
  6. Cut into small squares.
