Chocolate Infused Hamburger Steaks
Very easy to make Chocolate Infused Hamburger Steaks.
1/2 pound ground meat
1/3 medium onion, minced
1/2 an egg
2 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup tomato sauce
3 1/3 tablespoon red wine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon instant powdered consomme
1 piece chocolate
Salt & pepper to taste
1 bunch shimeji mushrooms
4 broccoli florets, boiled
2 boiled eggs, cut in half
Let's get Cooking...
Combine minced onion with 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil and microwave for 3 minutes. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients for the hamburger patties in a bowl. Mix well and form into 2 patties.
Cook the burger patties in a frying pan until both sides are nicely browned. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
In the same frying pan, combine the ingredients for the sauce and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Put the hamburger patties, shimeji mushrooms and sauce onto a sheet of foil and wrap tightly.
Bake for 15 minutes at 475 degrees F.
Garnish with broccoli florets and boiled eggs. Serve hot.
