Chocolate Mille Crepe


How to make Chocolate Mille Crepe



  • 1 extra-large egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup+1 tablespoon flour
  • 15 strawberries
  • Mint
  • Chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream + 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Combine the milk and sugar and microwave until warm.
  2. Whisk the egg in a bowl and mix in the milk & sugar mixture in thirds.
  3. Sift in the cocoa powder and flour and mix.
  4. Let the batter sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. In the meantime, whip your cream and slice the strawberries.
  6. Pour a thin layer of batter onto a heated frying pan and cook until both sides are dry.
  7. Repeat until all the batter is cooked.
  8. Put a sheet of crepe onto a plate, followed by whipped cream and then the sliced strawberries. Repeat until you've used up all the crepes and strawberries.
  9. Top with more strawberries, a sprig of mint and chocolate syrup.
