Chocolate Mousse Flower Pot

This potted plant is packing a sweet surprise! Creamy, chocolatey goodness hides underneath a layer of crushed Oreos and mint leaves.

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 4 Tbsp cream
  • 3 ½ oz milk chocolate, chopped
  • 8–10 Oreos, crushed
  • Mint sprigs

Let's get Cooking...

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
  2. Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan, and pour the hot mixture over the chopped chocolate. Stir until chocolate has melted. Gently fold egg whites into chocolate sauce.
  3. Pour the mousse into the pots and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Top with crushed Oreos and mint.
