Chocolate Pavlova With Passion Fruit And Raspberry recipe
6 egg whites
1 + 1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder soup
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 2/3 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
5 1/3 ounces whipped cream
2 passion fruits
5 tablespoons of sugar
3 1/2 ounces raspberries
Let's get Cooking...
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks.
Add sugar gradually and beat until consistent.
Add the vinegar, cocoa and chopped chocolate. Mix gently.
In a pan lined with parchment paper, arrange in disc shapes.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 356 degrees.
Add passion fruit juice and 5 tablespoons sugar to a pan. Boil to form a syrup. Let it cool.
When the pavlova is cool, add whipped cream, pour the passion fruit syrup on top and garnish with raspberries.
