Chocolate Peanut Brittle recipe
500 grams roasted peanuts, shelled
3 cups sugar
1 cup chocolate powder
2 tablespoons butter
1 can (395 grams sweetened condensed milk

Mix peanuts, sugar and chocolate in a sauce pan and stir it over medium heat, until caramelized.
Add butter and condensed milk. Stir until it begins to unstick from the bottom of the pan.
Divide into small portions on a parchment paper or marble surface. Let it cool.
