Chocolate Raspberry Pie
Chocolate Raspberry Pie recipe
1 1/2 cup chocolate powder
2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
14 ounces heavy cream
7 ounces cream (25 percent fat content)
7 ounces fresh raspberries
7 ounces dark chocolate
Let's get Cooking...
Preheat oven to 356 degrees.
Grease and flour a springform pan.
Mix the chocolate powder, flour and 1 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl.
Beat the eggs with oil and milk.
Transfer the eggs to the dry mixture and mix until smooth.
Add the baking powder and mix some more.
Place it in the pan and bake for 40 minutes.
When the cake has cooled, cut it into 2 pieces with the aid of a knife or a nylon wire.
Beat the cream with 1/2 cup of sugar until obtaining whipped cream. Mix 3 1/2 ounces of chopped raspberries with 3 1/2 ounces of chopped chocolate. Garnish the cake with this mixture.
Mix 3 1/2 ounces melted dark chocolate with 7 ounces cream.
Cover the cake and decorate with fresh raspberries.
