What's not to love about bite-sized, not-too-sweet French pastries?
125 g milk
2g of sugar
125 g flour

In a saucepan, heat the water, milk and butter. Add the sugar and a pinch of salt. Melt butter and add flour. Mix until a dough ball.
Remove the dough in a bowl. Add four eggs one by one. Mix well with a spatula until a smooth paste.
Place the dough in a pastry bag and then create chouquettes on a baking sheet previously covered with a sheet of parchment paper. Sprinkle chouquettes sugar grains to chouquettes. Bake for 50 minutes at 160°C/320°F
