Churros With Dulce de Leche


Crispy, doughy treats taste even better when dipped in sweet goodness.



  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Frying oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dulce de leche

Let's get Cooking...

  1. In a saucepan, add the milk, butter and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  2. When bubbles start form, remove from heat and add the flour all at once, stirring constantly.
  3. Cook the dough until it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan and forms a smooth ball.
  4. Allow it to cool and incorporate the eggs.
  5. Arrange the dough into a pastry sleeve with a large flower nozzle.
  6. Shape the churros to the desired size, cutting with scissors.
  7. Add 1/3 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a shallow dish.
  8. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, coat with the mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
  9. Serve with dulce de leche.
