24 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 cup coconut milk
1 egg yolk
3 1/2 ounces dry grated coconut
1 cup granulated sugar

Beat the sweetened condensed milk in the blender, together with coconut milk, eggs, yolk and grated coconut until everything blends. Reserve.
In a pudding mold, add the sugar and cook over low heat until the sugar melts and turns into caramel.
Place the pudding mixture in the mold and bake at 350 degrees in bain-marie for 40 minutes.
Store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Cook on the stove for 1 minute to make it easier to unmold.
