Nutella-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 large jar Nutella
  • 100 g hazelnut flour
  • 60 g flour
  • 80 g salted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 60 grams of cane sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 200 grams chocolate chips

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Scoop Nutella into balls and freeze. (specify?)
  2. In a food processor, combine the butter, flour and yeast. (Yeast not included in recipe: step not shown in video)
  3. Take a ball of dough and flatten it.
  4. Put frozen nutella ball and close it.
  5. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 16 minutes.
