White Chocolate Chip Corn Cookies

Creamed corn and white chocolate chips make a delightfully sweet and savory alternative to the classic.



  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups creamed corn
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place creamed corn and egg in a blender and puree until smooth.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix sugar and butter together. Add vanilla then the corn mixture and whisk until combined. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Then fold in white chocolate chips.
  4. Drop dough in rounded balls 2 inches big about 2 inches apart onto a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cool and enjoy.
