Easy to make and super delicious crabcake sandwiches.
1 pound backfin crab meat
2 cups bread crumbs
3 tablespoons old Bay
1/4 cups mayo
1/2 cups small diced carrots
1/2 cups small diced celery
1/4 cups green onion
Butter for cooking
Sesame seed bun, bib lettuce, sliced tomato
Let's get Cooking...
Lightly saute carrots and celery in a non-stick skillet, let cool.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
Form into cake and sear off in small batches.
Toast bun and serve with desired toppings.
