Crabcake Sandwich

Easy to make and super delicious crabcake sandwiches.



  • 1 pound backfin crab meat
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons old Bay
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups mayo
  • 1/2 cups small diced carrots
  • 1/2 cups small diced celery
  • 1/4 cups green onion
  • Butter for cooking
  • Sesame seed bun, bib lettuce, sliced tomato

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Lightly saute carrots and celery in a non-stick skillet, let cool.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
  3. Form into cake and sear off in small batches.
  4. Toast bun and serve with desired toppings.
