Deep-Fried Cheese Sticks With Basil Sauce

You've had cheese sticks before, but have you tried them wrapped in deliciously crispy prosciutto?


Servings: 6 pieces


  • 3 red cherry tomatoes
  • 3 yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 6 cubes cream cheese
  • 12 slices prosciutto
  • Flour mixed with a little water
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Basil sauce

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Cut tomatoes in half.
  2. Arrange two slices of prosciutto on your work space, slightly overlapping each other. Place a cube of cream cheese in the center of the prosciutto slice. Add a cherry tomato on either side of the cheese.
  3. Carefully roll it up tightly.
  4. Dip into flour mixture followed by a coat of panko bread crumbs.
  5. Deep-fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown. Serve with basil sauce.
