You've had cheese sticks before, but have you tried them wrapped in deliciously crispy prosciutto?
Servings: 6 pieces
3 red cherry tomatoes
3 yellow cherry tomatoes
6 cubes cream cheese
12 slices prosciutto
Flour mixed with a little water
Panko bread crumbs
Let's get Cooking...
Cut tomatoes in half.
Arrange two slices of prosciutto on your work space, slightly overlapping each other. Place a cube of cream cheese in the center of the prosciutto slice. Add a cherry tomato on either side of the cheese.
Carefully roll it up tightly.
Dip into flour mixture followed by a coat of panko bread crumbs.
Deep-fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown. Serve with basil sauce.
