Deep-Fried Pork and Shrimp

Forget pig in a blanket — use pig as the blanket for a crunchy yet creamy shrimp appetizer.



  • 4 thinly-sliced pork
  • 4 shrimp
  • 50 grams tartar sauce
  • 50 grams flour
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams panko

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Lay shrimp in the middle of the pork slice. Top it with a spoonful of tartar sauce.
  2. Carefully fold the pork inwards so that the shrimp and tartar sauce is nicely wrapped.
  3. Deep-fry in hot oil (180 degrees C) until golden brown.
