Doughnut Holes: 3 Ways

Something for everyone's sweet tooth with Oreo, Caramel and Chocolate Peanut Butter treats.

  • 5 Oreos
  • 3 biscuits (preferred brand: Pillsbury)
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Glaze:
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons milk

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Add Oreos to a plastic bag and crush up. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Add a small pinch of Oreo to center of dough and pinch it all together to create a small, smooth ball. Repeat with remaining dough.
  2. Fill a small, heavy-bottomed pot halfway with vegetable oil and heat to 350°F. Add dough balls in batches and fry until golden brown. Keep flipping doughnut holes before they become too heavy on one side. Remove to a baking sheet lined with paper towels. Repeat with remaining doughnut holes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
  4. Plate doughnut holes and drizzle with glaze
