Egg Salad Sandwich

An absolutely simple and delicious version of egg salad sandwich for any morning.



  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 Cup corn oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill

Let's get Cooking...

  1. To a food processor, add egg yolks, white wine vinegar, mustard and lemon juice. Put the lid on and mix.
  2. Slowly add the oil. When thick, add oil in a steady stream.
  3. Season to taste with salt, lemon juice and chopped dill. Put the lid on and mix again.
  4. Transfer the mayo to a bowl and refrigerate.
