Epic Chicago Pizza

Your pizza night needs an update with layers of sauce, cheese and meat you can really dig into.

Ingredients

  • Cake pan (20x7 centimeters)
  • Flour
  • Olive oil
  • Filling:
  • 100 grams shredded cheese
  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 600 grams tomato sauce
  • 17 pepperoni slices
  • 4 bunches boiled spinach, drained well
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 10 black olives
  • 10 mushrooms
  • Tabasco
  • Basil leaves
  • Pizza dough:
  • 150 grams flour
  • 30 grams rice flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon instant dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Hot water (90-100cc)

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Combine all ingredients for the pizza dough. Knead until it starts to form a dough.
  2. Let it sit in a warm place (40 degrees C) for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Flatten and shape dough into a circle and transfer to a cake pan, greased with olive oil.
  4. Fill with your favorite fillings.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 160 degrees C. Remove cake pan and cook for 7-9 minutes at 240 degrees C.
  6. Top with fresh basil and serve.
