Baked Fish and Potatoes in Cream

This easy baked fish is full of creamy, garlicky deliciousness.



  • 500 grams of sole (fish)
  • 2 big potatoes
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 of lemon juice
  • 50 grams of capers
  • 200 milliliters of milk cream
  • Parsley, salt and pepper

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Peel and cut thick slices of potato. Boil until tender but firm. Set aside.
  2. Salt the filet, drizzle with lemon juice, garlic and parsley.
  3. In an ovenproof dish make a potato base, place the fish on top and pour the cream and capers.
  4. Cook in the oven at 190°C (374 F°) for 20 minutes approximately.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with more chopped parsley.
