Flu Fighting Miso Soup


Feeling under the weather? Nothing is better than this comforting cure!



  • 2 leaves of swiss chard chopped
  • 1/3 cup firm tofu diced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 sheet of dried seaweed (Nori) cut into small rectangles
  • 4 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 4 cups water

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a simmer over medium heat. Add the swiss chard, stir and simmer for 3 minutes.
  2. Pour in the tofu, green onion and miso. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Place in the seaweed and stir. Serve immediately and fell better!
