Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 1/3 ounces flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/2 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
  • 5 1/3 ounces fresh ricotta
  • 1.7 ounces gorgonzola
  • 1 cup cream cheese

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Beat the eggs, milk, olive oil, flour and salt. Set is aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Grease a nonstick skillet and brown the pancakes on both sides over medium heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cheese with cream cheese to form a creamy paste.
  4. Stuff the pancakes and transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the oven to melt cheese and warm pancakes.
