Four Cheese Pancake recipe
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 1/3 ounces flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
5 1/3 ounces fresh ricotta
1.7 ounces gorgonzola
1 cup cream cheese
Let's get Cooking...
Beat the eggs, milk, olive oil, flour and salt. Set is aside for 15 minutes.
Grease a nonstick skillet and brown the pancakes on both sides over medium heat.
In a bowl, mix the cheese with cream cheese to form a creamy paste.
Stuff the pancakes and transfer to a baking dish.
Bake in the oven to melt cheese and warm pancakes.
