Fried Chocolate Banana Spring Roll


Fried Banana Chocolate Spring Roll or “Piscok” in Indonesia is a dessert type street food delicacy. Recommended to be eaten while still hot, to get that crispy texture, and sweet savory melt of the dark chocolate that mixes well with the soft fried Saba bananas, we guarantee you will want more.



  • 10 Spring Roll Sheets
  • 1 Bunch of Saba Bananas, peeled.
  • Cooking oil to fry
  • Water to damp
  • Spring Roll Filling:
  • 200 grams Chocolate bar, roughly chopped.
  • 30 grams chocolate sprinkles
  • 100 grams Cheese, grated
  • 1 Can of Regular Condensed Milk
  • 1 Can of Chocolate Condensed Milk

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Peel and clean bananas. Then slice to your liking.
  2. Place the sliced bananas, chopped chocolates and grated cheese into the spring rolls. Fold to shape like an envelope and dampen the edge of the spring rolls with water to help stick to its form.
  3. The spring rolls can also be filled with different types of fillings of your choice.
  4. Heat up the oil and deep fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
  5. Serve the Banana Chocolate Spring Rolls while it's still warm.
