If you love yourself s'more matcha, indulge in this ridiculously creamy, chocolatey, marshmallowy shake.
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons gelatin + 1/2 cup hot water
Matcha ice cream
1/2 cup white chocolate
1 box Alfort matcha biscuits, crushed (reserve a couple to garnish)
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon matcha powder
3/4 cup matcha ice cream

Make the marshmallows:
In a bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add half the sugar, stir until combined, then add the other half and stir until combined. Add the gelatin dissolved in hot water, and mix to combine. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture into a baking dish sprinkled with cornstarch, and refrigerate until hardened.
Using a Mason jar lid or a large cookie cutter, cut out marshmallow rounds. Sandwich ice cream between two marshmallows and place in freezer.
Dip the lip of a Mason jar into the melted white chocolate, then into the crushed biscuits. Set aside.
In a blender, blend milk, matcha powder and matcha ice cream.
Pour milkshake into Mason jar and top with marshmallow sandwich. Top with additional matcha treats, then scorch before serving.
