Combine dough ingredients and knead until smooth. Flour your work surface and roll out the dough in 8 by 8 inch circle. Lay the dumplings along the middle, and top with fried rice, shredded cheese and kimchi. Bring the dough together and seal up the edges, making folds as you go.
In a large sautee pan, heat oil and fry the dumpling. Pour water over the top, cover the pan with a lid and steam dumpling for 15 minutes.
