Gohu Fish (Indonesian Sashimi) recipe
10 cayenne, rough chopped
2 rod basil
12 cloves shallot, rough chopped

Wash tuna and cut into small cubes, and coat it with lemon squeeze and salt, and put in the bowl.
Cut shallot, red chili and basil, set aside.
Mash nuts (rough pestle)
Mix lemon squeeze, coconut oil, pepper & salt. Stir it well.
Put in chili, onion, stir then put in basil and stir it again.
Put in tuna to the seasoning.
Serve on serving plate, add nuts and serve.
